At Frame Steel, we believe in saving you as much money as we can. This means that we don't offer a construction service, so that we can focus on providing top quality products as the most competitive prices we can.
We don't have any builders that we recommend as the majority of our clients construct our kits themselves. Without prior recommendations from our previous customers, we are unable to pass on details for builders.
You absolutely can! We don't charge you to make changes with any of our designs. We can even supply a custom kit for you! As we manufacture all of our framing in house, we are able to supply design alterations & custom designs at no extra charge.
Yes! We can supply any of our kits to your specified BAL rating. We need to know the BAL rating you need, as well as the design you are looking at & your delivery suburb for a quote to upgrade your kit to comply. Email all of these details to admin@steelkithomesbundaberg.com.au
Our lead time does change, however, we generally operate on a 6-8 week lead time. Just to be sure, feel free to give our friendly staff a call to find out!
Generally speaking, yes. We recommend contacting your local council or a local private certifier to find out the process & what approvals (if any) are required. Unfortunately, we don't offer an approval sevice.
